Diaper Drive for the D300 Food Pantry

In recognition of National Diaper Need Awareness Week, my office will be collecting diapers and other baby-related items to donate to the D300 Food Pantry on Monday, October 11th through Sunday, October 17th. We have partnered with sites throughout District 66 to ensure donation drop-offs are convenient for residents. Please see a full list of donation drop-off locations.

Education Services Extended for Students with Special Needs

Governor JB Pritzker signed HB 2748 into law, allowing special education students to continue attending school through the end of the school year in which they turn 22. The package also allows special needs students who recently turned 22 and were impacted by COVID-19 to remain eligible for educational services...

Representative Ness regularly hosts community events and district office hours to hear directly from residents. These events provide an opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and learn more about current legislation and available resources.
