Infrastructure Dollars for Our District

Since taking office in January of 2021, Representative Ness has secured $20.5 million dollars for District 66 municipalities to address infrastructure needs including road improvements, sewage and irrigation improvements, and more. Through member appropriations and COVID emergency dollars, Rep. Ness was able to secure funding for the following District 66 Municipalities:

Additionally, Representative Ness worked alongside Representative Anna Moeller to secure $17.5 million dollars to prevent Longmeadow Parkway from becoming a toll bridge. Representative Ness continues to work alongside Kane County Government and the Illinois General Assembly Leadership to secure additional funding to prevent the implementation of a toll on the Longmeadow Parkway Bridge.
