Watch State Representative Suzanne Ness (D-Crystal Lake) sing “Amazing Grace” as a moving contribution to the Illinois House of Representative’s Annual Memorial Service to remember and honor the lives of those who gave their lives in service of the United States.
The invocation to open session was read by the honorable Reverend William Fruits, a Korean War Veteran. The Memorial Service included a presentation of colors, the placing of a memorial wreath, and a moving performance of Taps.
