Bringing State Services Directly to Crystal Lake
Access to government services should be accessible, responsive, and rooted in the community. That’s why State Representative Suzanne Ness and Senator Tammy Duckworth are partnering this month to host Mobile Office Hours at the Crystal Lake Public Library on Monday, March 9, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM — making it easier for residents to connect directly and get the assistance they need.
This in-person opportunity allows all residents to connect directly with Representative Ness and Senator Duckworth for assistance in navigating state services and programs. Whether you need help with unemployment resources, senior services, small business support, mental health resources, veterans benefits, or guidance working with state agencies, we will be available to provide one-on-one support.
Mobile office hours are designed to remove barriers and bring constituent services closer to home. Walk-ins are welcome throughout the afternoon, making it easier than ever for residents to get answers, resolve concerns, and access the support they deserve.
Community members are encouraged to stop by the Crystal Lake Public Library at 126 W. Paddock Street and take advantage of this dedicated time to engage, ask questions, and connect with state resources.
Government works best when it’s accessible — and this event is another step toward ensuring every voice is heard and supported.
